The Deluca's have been in the land development business and construction since the early 1970 when Sebastian Deluca did is first commercial real estate acquisition. This led him into residential and commercial construction of retail and industrial plaza's, residential subdivisions and social housing development. This continued through the 80's, 90's and up to today.
In 2006 DCL Construction was founded and began servicing the franchise and retail industry and has built a successful business.
