An investor was considering purchasing a building lot that had been on the market for years… Why was it on the market for years? The irregular shape of the lot and challenges imposed by the city, and various governing bodies involved in constructing a dream estate home made it difficult.
We were engaged to do some pre-purchase due diligence which included Geotech, groundwater, and site configuration proposals. Through our team of engineers and architects and consultations with the municipality, we were able to present the investor their options. The result was a dream home on the lot.
In this case, we had a corporate client in a historical building that required new private office space created without damaging the historical integrity of the building or disrupting the operations of the company.
We devised an operational plan, dust, and noise control system, and executed the project while the staff worked.
The client was so happy we did a second project for them before completing this one.
On this project for International Franchisor Popeyes, DCL was engaged as the Ontario Project Manager and Designer / Specifier for Popeyes Fried Chicken USA of Atlanta.
We were responsible for overseeing an aggressive expansion plan where franchisees had selected their own General Contractors.
DCL handled logistics, procurement, and scheduling for 27 builds in under one year.
A client came to us with an opportunity to expand his Pharmacy business. He had found a location that he felt would be ideal for a Walk-in Clinic and Pharmacy.
